Victorinox 10″ Cimeter Knife, Curved Blade, Black Fibrox Handle, 40539. Modern nylon and patented Fibrox handle is hygienic, dishwasher safe, slip-resistant and NSF approved. The handle is ergonomically designed to help minimize tension at the wrist and provides a much more comfortable grip than rosewood handles. Cimeter knives are used for butchering large pieces of meat. It also works great for slicing meats, roasts, roast turkey and ham and into thin and even slices.
